On Sunday 18/10/2026 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (5,000,000) shares of the Arab Pesticides & Veterinary Drugs Manufacturing Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects public offering directed to all shareholders of the company.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Arab Pesticides & Veterinary Drugs Manufacturing Company indicates the raise of its capital from (20,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (25,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 06/04/2026 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 21/04/2026, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 03/09/2026.
