On Thursday 10/09/2026 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (3,333,333) shares of the Arab Assurers Insurance Company.

The share capital increase reflects converting the company's debts of the amount (1,000,000) JOD with an issuance price (0.30) JOD and allocates these shares to those mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (417/2026) dated 03/09/2026, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Arab Assurers Insurance Company indicates the raise of its capital from (9,215,909) shares to a registered capital of (12,549,242) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 24/01/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 31/01/2024, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 07/09/2026.
