Thursday 05/05/2026, the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,600,000) shares of the United Group For Land Transport Company on Tuesday 05/05/2026 as this amount is in excess of its needs.

Thereby, the SDC records of the United Group for Land Transport Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (6,600,000) shares to a registered capital of (5,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 10/03/2026 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 21/04/2026, and the letter of no objection from the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital decrease issued on 03/05/2026.
