On Tuesday 15/10/2024 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Jordan Masaken For Land & Industrial Development Projects Company of (506,106) shares to distribute its excess cash to the shareholders.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Jordan Masaken For Land & Industrial Development Projects Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (8,435,100) shares to a registered capital of (7,928,994) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/08/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 07/10/2024.
