On Tuesday 28/11/2023 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (200,983,000) JOD/share of Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company with a nearly 62 percent of the company’s capital. The share capital decrease was performed through redeeming part of the company’s accumulated losses.
Thereby, the SDC record of Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (324,610,470) JOD/share to a registered capital of (123,627,470) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 03/10/2023 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 19/11/2023.
