On Monday 10/10/2022 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (1,251,800) shares of the Amman Stock Exchange Company's capital.

The share capital increase is performed through capitalization this amount from the company’s capital reserve.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Amman Stock Exchange Company indicates the raise of its capital from (4,774,525) shares to a registered capital of (6,026,325) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 24/03/2022 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 23/06/2022, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 13/09/2022.
