On Monday 29/03/2021 the SDC completed the process the process of registering the share capital increase of (4,000,000) shares of Arab Life & Accident Insurance Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and the allocation of these shares to the Arab Orient Insurance Company based upon the Jordan Securities Commission’s letter no. 2/1/552/21 dated 02/03/2021, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Arab Life & Accident Insurance Company indicates the raise of its capital from (8,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (12,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 04/05/2019 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 10/01/2021, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 21/02/2021.
