On Tuesday 07/01/2020 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,400,000) JOD/share of the National Portfolio Securities Company with a 40 percent of the company’s capital to distribute this amount to the shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

Thereby, the SDC record of the National Portfolio Securities Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (6,000,000) JOD/share shares to a registered capital of (3,600,000) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 11/07/2019, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 30/12/2019.
