On Sunday 17/07/2016 the SDC completed the process the process of registering the share capital increase of (4,560,174) shares of the Al-bilad Medical Services Company.

The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the Chairman “Mr. Fahad Bin Mohamed Bin Saleh Al Azel”. Thereby, the SDC records of the Al-bilad Medical Services Company indicates the raise of its capital from (25,439,826) shares to a registered capital of (30,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 23/11/2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 17/12/2015, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 30/06/2016.
