On Monday evening January 18, 2016 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,000,000) shares of the South Electronics Company. The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting the company's debts to the amount of issued shares directed to a number of shareholders based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on May 10, 2014 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on October 15, 2014, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued in January 12, 2016.

Thereby, the SDC records of the South Electronics Company indicates the raise of its capital from (9,158,447) shares to a registered capital of (11,158,447) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.
