On Monday February 29, 2016, the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (23,500,000) shares of the Comprehensive Multiple Transport Company with a nearly 78 percent of the company’s capital. The share capital decrease was performed through redeeming the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2014.

Thereby, the SDC record of the Comprehensive Multiple Transport Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (30,000,000) shares to a registered capital of (6,500,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on December 15, 2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on February 22, 2016.
