Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Rumm Financial Brokerage Company on Thursday 15/01/2026. The share capital decrease was performed to redeem part of the accumulated losses as of 30/09/2025.
The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 30/11/2025 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 13/01/2026, and the letter of no objection from the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital decrease issued on 13/01/2026.
