On Sunday 28/08/2022 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (561,748) shares of the Arab Orient Insurance Company.

The share capital increase is performed through distributing these shares as stock dividends to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Arab Orient Insurance Company indicates the raise of its capital from (25,438,252) shares to a registered capital of (26,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 31/05/2022 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 20/07/2022 and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued on 14/08/2022.
