On Sunday 01/07/2018 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,534,280) shares of the Elzay Ready Wear Manufacturing Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects covering the unsubscribed capital increase in shares of the Company by allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the decision of the company’s Board of Directors dated 14/05/2018 and based on the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (173/2018) dated 31/05/2018.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Elzay Ready Wear Manufacturing Company indicates the raise of its capital from (8,684,029) shares to a registered capital of (11,218,309) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 28/04/2016 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 20/07/2016, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 06/06/2018.
