Completion of the Share Capital Decrease of the Al-qaria Food & Vegetable Oil Industries Co.

On Monday 07/11/2016 the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (6,500,000) shares with a nearly 68 percent of the Al-qaria Food & Vegetable Oil Industries Company to redeem part of the accumulated losses.
Thereby, the SDC records of the Al-qaria Food & Vegetable Oil Industries Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (9,500,000) shares to a registered capital of (3,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 22/03/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 17/10/2016.
